Of all the baskets in the Southwest region the early three run coiled Apache baskets are the most collectible. The plant materials they used are Willow devil’s claw and yucca root use sparingly. Made on a three rod foundation makes the baskets tight stiff and sturdy with no bend and yield rounded well-defined coils that stand out Height 3 inches 17 inch diameter features a bold striking double flower design circa 1890. “Good Condition”
